Scrapbook Answers Crops Out A Huge Audience: Readers Rush To Subscribe

Publication Sells Beyond Company Expectations

South San Francisco, CA (February 27, 2006) – Readers are glued to the pages of Future US’ Scrapbook Answers magazine and sales have exceeded the company’s expectations. As the booming scrapbook industry’s hippest and most digitally savvy publication, the premiere issue with CD insert sold on eBay for $91 in early February.

Following a September 2005 launch, Scrapbook Answers subscriptions to date are 61% higher than the full year’s goal with direct mail responses doubling original projections. Newsstand sales efficiency has increased with each of the four issues and the magazine is now authorized in almost every national retail chain including Target, Wal-Mart, and Barnes & Noble.

Driving these sales are rave word-of-mouth reviews from readers and the flood of fan mail that pours in. Here are samples of the many unsolicited e-mails Scrapbook Answers has received:

• “I can’t say enough how amazing this magazine is and you should be highly commended for such a thoughtful, informative and state of the art publication.” – Laura B.
• “I try to go through your magazine slowly as I can’t bear to have it end! It’s absolutely the best!” – Rachel
• “All other scrapbook magazines put together do not offer what you do!” – Irl B.
• “Thank you for making a new mag that is totally worth sitting on the bathroom floor for.” – Laura S.

“Scrapbook enthusiasts out there wanted more from a magazine and Scrapbook Answers delivered,” says Scrapbook Answers associate publisher Kathleen Reilly. “The tremendous response solidifies us as a must-read for scrapbookers.”

Scrapbook Answers publishes nine issues annually plus a number of specials and has a distribution of 150,000 copies.
