As our Circulation Director based in South San Francisco, CA, we will need you to hit the ground running by evaluating our current marketing and circulation plans and devising strategies to help us ensure that we meet and exceed our subscriber revenue, newsstand efficiency, and circulation growth goals. Your previous experience conceiving and implementing direct marketing efforts will be essential as we look to you to increase our subscriber base. In addition to your marketing efforts this role will also incorporate your business management acumen, so strong Excel skills will also be essential to ensure the successful ownership of our circulation models, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Previous supervisory experience will enable you to manage your team of direct reports, including performance evaluations and professional development. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional time management skills will also be crucial in our ever-changing, fast-moving environment.
