Flex Spending Accounts
We offer Medical, Dependent, Transit, and Parking Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plans that are administered by Sterling, allowing you to pay certain qualifying expenses with pre-tax dollars.
0-1 years = 10 days per calendar year, earned every pay period
1-5 years = 15 days per calendar year, earned every pay period
5+ years = 20 days per calendar year, earned every pay period
All tiers are eligible to roll over year to year with a maximum cap of 120 hours.
We offer 10 days of sick pay per calendar year.
We observe 11 holidays per year. Added to this, you are given a week off between
Christmas and New Years holidays to give everyone a well-earned break.
We offer a 401(k) company match of 50% on the first 6% of eligible contributions that employees contribute.
