Q – How do I access my digital edition subscription?
A – Members of Best Buy’s® Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked] get a subscription to @GAMER magazine. You will need your subscription account number from your welcome or issue announcement email to access each issue of the magazine.
Desktop: Click the issue link in your issue announcement email and enter your subscription account number in both log-in fields.
Android: Download and install the app from Google Play or atgamermagazine.com. Within the app, tap an issue and enter your subscription account number found in your welcome or issue announcement email in both log-in fields. You will then be authorized to download the issue.
iPad: Install the app from the iTunes Store or search for @GAMER through the App Store on your iPad. Launch the app from your iPad. Tap an issue and enter your subscription account number found in your welcome or issue announcement email in both log-in fields. You will then be authorized to download the app.
Q – Can I buy a digital subscription?
A – An @GAMER magazine subscription is one of the many benefits of Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked]. Sign up at your local Best Buy®. Stand-alone subscriptions are not available.
Q – Can I buy a single issue?
A – Single issues of @GAMER are available for purchase only through the iPad app. Download the free app from the iTunes Store.
Q – How do I manage my subscription?
A – Go to @GAMER customer service
Q – How do I change the email address where I get my new issue notifications?
A – Go to @GAMER customer service and sign in using your account number and last name. You can then update your email address.
Q – I’m having download problems with my Android tablet.
A – If an issue won’t download or hangs while downloading, try each of the following options in order, testing for success after each and then moving onto the next option if it still doesn’t work:
Option 1. Force quit the app (Settings > Applications > Manage applications) and restart it.
Option 2. Restart the device with a full power-off.
Option 3. Uninstall the app, re-install it, and restart.
