Q – What is @GAMER?

A – @GAMER is the official games magazine of Best Buy®. It provides both hardcore and casual gamers with relevant information on the hottest games and gaming hardware across all platforms. In addition to expert previews and reviews of the best products carried at Best Buy, @GAMER also includes exclusive offers, worth hundreds of dollars in savings annually. Our mission at @GAMER is simple: to help every reader discover a great gaming experience. In partnership with Best Buy, we’ve created a go-to resource for all gamers in one comprehensive magazine.

Q – How do I access my subscription?

A – You will need your subscription account number from your welcome or issue announcement email to access each issue of the magazine.

Desktop: Click the issue link in your issue announcement email and enter your subscription account number in the log-in field.

Android: Download and install the app from Google Play or click or tap here on your Android device and launch the app. Within the app, tap the cover of your selected issue, enter the @GAMER account number found in your welcome or issue announcement email in both log-in fields, and download the issue.

iPad: Install the app from the iTunes Store or search for @GAMER through the App Store on your iPad. Launch the app from your iPad. Tap the closed lock icon at the top of your screen, enter the @GAMER subscription account number found in your welcome or issue announcement email in both log-in fields, and then tap the Download button of your selected issue.

Q – Can I buy a single issue?

A – Single issues of @GAMER are available for purchase only through the iPad app. Download and install the free app from the iTunes Store. Open the app, tap the Buy button of your selected issue, and follow the prompts. Coupons and other subscription offers are not included with single-copy purchases.

Q – How can I access my subscription account information?

A – Go to @GAMER customer service and log in with your account number, which can be found in your Welcome email and each issue announcement email. If you are having trouble accessing your account, you may submit your request in writing to atgamer@cdsfulfillment.com.

Q – How do I submit a change of email address for my current subscription?

A – Log in to Customer Service to update your email address or other account information.

Q – I’m having download problems with my Android tablet.

A – If an issue won’t download or hangs while downloading, try each of the following options in order, testing for success after each and then moving onto the next option if it still doesn’t work:

Option 1. Force quit the app (Settings > Applications > Manage applications) and restart it.

Option 2. Restart the device with a full power-off.

Option 3. Uninstall the app, re-install it, and restart.

Q – I’m having download problems with my iPad.

A – If an issue won’t download or hangs while downloading, try each of the following options in order, testing for success after each and then moving onto the next option if it still doesn’t work:

Option 1. Force-quit the app (double tap the home button until the app switcher appears, flick the app upwards) and restart it.

Option 2. Restart the device with a full power-off.

Option 3. Uninstall the app, re-install it, and restart.

Q – Are there certain rules and restrictions that apply to the coupons included with an @GAMER subscription?

A – Yes. Coupons can be used only one time and must be redeemed by offer expiration date. Full value must be used within a single transaction; remaining value will not be saved for future use. Coupons cannot be applied toward Best Buy Gift Cards, Performance Service Plans, Product Replacement Plans, state recycling fees, installation fees and third-party purchases. Redeemable in store (printed out) and online. Coupons cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or if you cancel or return your order. Not redeemable for cash. Not valid as payment on the Best Buy credit card. Valid major credit card required for online purchases. Markdowns are taken from sale prices.

Subscribers must be a My Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked member to redeem coupons. Not valid with any other coupons, offers or discounts. Not valid on pre-owned games, unless the coupon is for pre-owned game(s). Selection varies by store. Limit 1 offer per coupon, per household. Valid on in-stock items, only. Valid only at Best Buy stores in the U.S.A. and Puerto Rico. Online and in-store offer may vary. Not valid at Best Buy Express Kiosks or on any BestBuy.com order, including store pickup. No dealers. No copies. No cash back. No cash value. Coupon must be presented at time of purchase. Markdowns are taken from sale prices.

A – My Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked member point’s information can be found at https://mybestbuy.com/. You may also contact Best Buy Customer Service directly at 1-888-BEST BUY. Note: This web address and customer service phone number is strictly for My Best Buy information and does not pertain to @GAMER magazine subscriptions.

Q – I heard the My Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked program is changing. How will my membership and benefits be affected?
