Revolver’s Golden Gods Awards is the only heavy metal music award show in the US. Held in Hollywood, CA and aired on MTV2, the 2009 event saw an attendance of over 3,000 metal fans and was seen on national cable TV by over 850,000 people. 2009 honored Ozzy Osbourne with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
